LaNoir Rosé
ORGANIC
Our LaNoir is made partly from Lagrein grapes (whole grape pressing) and partly from Pinot Noir grapes (red wine maceration). It has a beautiful salmon red color and captivates the nose with notes of ripe raspberries and liquorice. Soft on the palate with a hint of residual sweetness.

VINIFICATION
Spontaneous must fermentation in steel barrels using vineyard's own yeasts; aged in used tonneau barrel for 5 months; unfined and unfiltered.
